Is there a cancellation fee?
Please inform us about cancellations at least three days before arrival. In case you cancel later than that, the following fees occur ・ 2 days before: 20% of room charge
・ previous day: 50% of room charge
・ on the day: 80% of room charge
・ no show: 100% of room charge
Cancellation fee depends on your room plan. Please make sure to check the information written on your plan.

When is check-in and check out time?
Check in starts at 2pm, and check out is until 11am.

Can children stay free of charge?
Children between ages 0 and 5 can stay free of charge if sleeping in the same bed.
Children over 6 years are charged full price.
Is there a breakfast service?
Breakfast is served on the first floor of the all-day dining restaurant, "La Terrazza." 【Breakfast Buffet】

Do you take any requests for food allergy?
We are sorry for the inconvenience it may cause, but we are unable to take requests regarding any food allergies.
Is parking available on site?
There is a coin-operated open-air parking lot by the hotel (parking fee applies)
Please note that you cannot reserve ahead, it works on a first-come-first-serve basis
