DAIWA ROYAL HOTEL D-PREMIUM KANAZAWAWhere the Old and the New Meet
Your Gateway to Kanazawa
The interior design of the hotel is based on the many colours of rich Kanazawa culture. Step into a world that is embellished like the most elegant kimonos of the present and past: from the front desk, through the Japanese-style public bath, to the guestrooms, we aim to show you the aesthetics that make Kanazawa unique and beloved by all.
Hands-on Experiences: Traditional Kanazawa Arts in the Social Corner
We offer workshops to our guests at the Social Corner located in our hotel. Our guests include the brewery called Fukumiya, with close to four hundred years of history behind it. You can also experience the traditional gold leaf lacquering technique, which is one of the most representative of Kanazawa traditions. The workshop is held by the Kinpakuya Sakuda, which approaches its hundredth year. We are also preparing experiences such as kokeshi-doll making.
Three Minutes on Foot from Kanazawa Station
Our hotel is conveniently located around three minutes on foot from Kanazawa Station. The most representative sights of Kanazawa can be reached in around ten minutes by car, so it is the perfect base for sightseeing in the area.
You don't have to worry about the language barrier while staying at D-PREMIUM Kanazawa. In order to make overseas customers feel welcome and comfortable, we employ staff from all over the world. Including, but not limited to, English and Chinese, our staff speak five languages between themselves. We are also planning to install translation machines in the hotel to provide even smoother communication.
Kanazawa possesses the sort of extravagant aesthetic that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. From its rich warrior culture, through the beautiful kimono patterns, and all that is pure tradition, immerse yourself in this one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
